Ensure fair application of company policies
Improve effectiveness and efficiency of materials management
Develop facility operations management training
Coach and evaluate direct report performance
Review management and employee training needs
Hold management accountable for policies
Oversee and supervise staff
Ensure incoming work fits facility capabilities
Process work correctly to issue proper billing
Analyze division or department budget requests
Identify areas for budget reductions
Allocate operating budget
Confer with administrative personnel
Determine changes in programs or operations
Ensure Quality Policy and Objectives are understood
Conduct performance appraisals for direct reports
