What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4-year college degree, Minimum of 7-10 years’ relevant industry experience, Experience managing production environments through timely and accurate data, Experience working with PLM, ERP and QMS systems, Able to engage with executive stakeholders, Data driven with the ability to master complex technical and hardware problems, Ability to quickly move from high level conversations into detailed operational discussions to drive business execution, U. S. Citizenship is required
Nice to Have
masters preferred, Agile PLM and Netsuite ERP experience, proven track record of working with hardware development teams, proven track record of working with external contract manufacturers, proven track record of working with internal production teams focused on introducing new products and scaling production, adaptive leadership skills, ability to create an environment that promotes cross functional teamwork
What You'll Do.

Meet all revenue and NPI build & shipment requirements
Ensure products and production processes meet quality standards
Oversee the creation and execution of material demand & build plans
Plan and manage inventories
Persistently evaluate and implement process technologies
Work with Quality and Customer Service to resolve returns
Lead corrective action investigations and process enhancements
Communicates and implements Operations-related policies
Ensures the production work environment is safe

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Development Engineering, NPI Program Management, and Manufacturing Technical Operations throughout the NPI program execution phases; adaptive leadership skills and the ability to create an environment that promotes cross functional teamwork
