Must Have

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field, Extensive experience (typically 7-10+ years) in operations management roles within the food industry or a related manufacturing sector, Knowledge of food manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality management systems, Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive change, and achieve results, Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, Familiarity with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices applicable to the food industry, Project management experience, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects from conception to completion

What You'll Do.

Oversee and optimize production and logistics operations

Ensure efficient resource utilization and quality standards

Develop and implement operational strategies

Oversee production operations including scheduling and inventory

Coordinate logistics activities including transportation and warehousing

Establish and enforce quality assurance processes

Drive a culture of continuous improvement

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

Provide leadership to the operations team

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Develop and manage operational budgets
