Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships, including opportunity identification, internal alignment, structuring, negotiation, execution, and post-deal governance. Serve as the primary deal lead for collaboration, licensing, and technology access agreements, ensuring alignment with enterprise innovation and growth priorities. Evaluate external opportunities for strategic fit, technical relevance, and commercial value, translating them into actionable partnership strategies. Negotiate complex agreements including licensing terms, exclusivity structures, milestones, and financial frameworks with external stakeholders. Manage cross-functional deal teams without direct authority, ensuring coordination across R&D, legal, commercial, and technical stakeholders. Oversee partnership performance post-execution, ensuring delivery against defined objectives and value creation targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) strongly preferred. 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, open innovation, or related fields. Proven track record of negotiating complex partnerships, licensing agreements, or IP-based collaborations. Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in matrixed, global environments without formal authority. Excellent commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to evaluate technical and business opportunities. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Experience working with R&D, product development, or technology teams is highly valued. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25–30%, including occasional international travel.
