_**Compensation:**_ **_Compensation Type:_** Salary _**Employment Type:**_ **_Grade:_** **_Department:_** Community Outreach, Operations Support _**Position Summary**_ Full-time positions at Clovis Community College are not remote positions and require a physical presence at the assigned location to fulfill duties and college-related responsibilities. The Director of Workforce Development is responsible for the administration, implementation, and oversight of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult and Dislocated Worker (A/DW) grant programs and related workforce initiatives in accordance with contracts established with the Eastern Area Workforce Development Board (EAWDB). The Director reports to the Executive Vice President of the College. The Director provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, staff supervision, fiscal management, compliance monitoring, partnership development, and program evaluation to ensure effective delivery of workforce services across the Eastern Area. The Director collaborates with internal college departments, workforce partners, employers, governmental agencies, and community organizations to strengthen workforce pathways and support participant success. **_Duties & Responsibilities_** **Program Administration and Compliance** * Implement, administer, and manage WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker grant contracts issued by the EAWDB. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, EAWDB, and institutional regulations, policies, and performance measures. * Collaborate with EAWDB, Administrative Entity staff, One Stop partners, and related agencies in planning and implementing workforce service delivery. * Lead and participate in workforce policy development, program design, and strategic planning efforts within the regional workforce system. * Gather, analyze, and evaluate data to improve program effectiveness, service delivery, and participant outcomes. * Complete and submit quarterly, annual, and other required reports
