Eligibility Requirements

Ability to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk, Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment, Ability to function independently in all aspects, Ability to work under stress and respond quickly in emergency situations, Ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization, Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code, Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance, Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, Travel may be required, Physical Demands: frequently required to accurately communicate information and ideas so others will understand through sight and hearing, Physical Demands: regularly required to move including walking, running, jumping, and sitting, Physical Demands: regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, lift, reach, and feel, Physical Demands: frequently required to stand and stoop, twist, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl, Physical Demands: must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Physical Demands: Specific vision abilities required by this job include near and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Must Have

Current license and certification for therapy/ABA related

Nice to Have

Master's Degree in a therapy field, Minimum of three (3) years broad clinical experience

providing strategic leadership to therapy

building Pediatrics Plus culture

ensuring excellence in service

assisting in building the team and site cohesion

understanding and being proactive with the needs of therapists

leading and modeling treatment

evaluation and recommendations per child

holding team members accountable for Pediatrics Plus Therapist Supplement and Therapist Operational Manual

outside regulatory boards

and funding source requirements

initiating active problem solving and follow through

connecting and communicating with caregivers and families

elevating concerns to Senior Director

completing daily leadership walk

participating in daily huddle with leadership team

monitoring and managing therapist nontreatment time for coverage of caseloads

conducting one-on-one meetings and performance reviews

gathering information required during inquiry when receiving complaints or concerns

elevating complaints and concerns appropriately

determining hiring needs and participating in interview process

onboarding new team members

engaging and contributing to strategic and streamline planning for the therapy team

identifying areas of growth for the team and individual team members

planning and executing x-periods and quarterly meetings for therapy teams

reviewing daily evaluation reports

reviewing outsourced evaluation reports

answering therapists’ questions regarding treatment

Pediatrics Plus policies and procedures

coordinating and prioritizing needs of team for therapy supplies

and evaluation protocols/kits

assisting with the student program

maintaining quality assurance measures

problem solving needs and strengths of the site

reviewing metrics for therapy team

leading in culture and team building events and company initiatives

assisting with recruitment and/or marketing events

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

building the team and site cohesion; collaborating with Senior Director for caseload management and overall efficiency; collaborating with Senior Director for coaching and disciplinary action; collaborating with Senior Director to determine hiring needs and within interview process; engaging and contributing to strategic and streamline planning for the therapy team during collaborative meetings; participating in daily huddle with leadership team; participating in one-on-one meetings with leader; problem solving needs and strengths of the site and discerning specific information to be communicated to leader

Communication Scope

accurately communicate information and ideas; effectively present information; respond to questions; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people; effectively communicate with team members through digital messaging, over phone, and in person
