What You'll Do.

Define service catalogue and experience standards

Lead IT service desk and end user support

Act as senior escalation point

Ensure corporate systems support needs

Set and report against savings targets

Own software licensing position

Approve and govern technology spend

Ensure alignment with contractual obligations

Build and maintain executive dashboards

Own root-cause analysis and remediation

Ensure vendors deliver remediation plans

Identify and drive automation investments

Champion adoption of XLAs
