What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7 to 12+ years of experience in technology leadership within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environments, Leadership presence, Experience leading teams, Owning technology strategy in lean, fast-moving companies, Deep understanding of workflows, integrations, and systems architecture within logistics or freight forwarding environments, Hands-on experience improving or building logistics systems and operational processes, Experience with TMS, CRM, Salesforce, customer-facing platforms, or similar operational systems
Nice to Have
Lighter Salesforce exposure but deep freight forwarding architecture experience

YOU ARE COMFORTABLE EVALUATING SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE, INTEGRATIONS, DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES, AND TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS. YOU KNOW WHEN TO PUSH BACK, ASK BETTER QUESTIONS, IDENTIFY RISKS, AND MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS THAT DRIVE BUSINESS RESULTS.
