Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering, Minimum of 15 years of experience, Expertise in cGMP requirements, Expertise in Process Safety for high-hazard facilities, Demonstrated professional leadership and managerial responsibility, MBA or other evidence of business strategy understanding
Nice to Have
Chemical engineering degree preferred, Experience in different technologies highly desirable, Six Sigma problem resolution experience advantageous
