THE POSITION SUMMARY Amazon's Advertising, IMDb, and Grand Challenge (AIGC) organization represents one of Amazon's fastest growing and most dynamic business portfolios. The Director, PXT COE for AIGC will be based in Seattle, WA and will report to the Vice President of PXT for AIGC. This is a critical leadership role within the AIGC People, eXperience & Technology (PXT) (PXT=HR) organization responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, global talent strategy that enables AIGC to attract, develop, and retain the leadership talent needed to fuel continued growth and innovation. This leader will own and integrate four functional areas: Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management, Organizational Design & Effectiveness, and a High Velocity Transformation (HVT) team focused on Change Management. The Director will evolve and lead a unified Center of Excellence that drives talent innovation, accelerates leadership readiness, and ensures organizational agility across AIGC's diverse and rapidly evolving business lines.
