The Director, PXT COE for AIGC will be based in Seattle, WA and will report to the Vice President of PXT for AIGC. This is a critical leadership role within the AIGC People, eXperience & Technology (PXT) (PXT=HR) organization responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, global talent strategy that enables AIGC to attract, develop, and retain the leadership talent needed to fuel continued growth and innovation. This leader will own and integrate four functional areas: Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management, Organizational Design & Effectiveness, and a High Velocity Transformation (HVT) team focused on Change Management. The Director will evolve and lead a unified Center of Excellence that drives talent innovation, accelerates leadership readiness, and ensures organizational agility across AIGC's diverse and rapidly evolving business lines.
