What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or enterprise client-facing roles. Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and negotiate strategic agreements. Experience working across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and engineering. Familiarity with partner ecosystems, including certifications, incentives, and alliance lifecycle management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
experience in AI, data, analytics, or enterprise technology ecosystems preferred. Experience building partner programs, GTM frameworks, and co-sell motions in high-growth environments.
What You'll Do.
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic alliances strategy, building and managing relationships with key technology and services partners.

Drive partner-influenced revenue growth by identifying co-sell, attach, and joint opportunity pipelines aligned to business targets.
Design and operationalize partner business plans, including go-to-market alignment, joint initiatives, and structured collaboration models.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align partnership execution with broader company priorities.
Develop and scale partner programs, including enablement frameworks, certification paths, incentives, and performance tracking.
Lead joint marketing efforts, events, and campaigns that strengthen partner visibility and pipeline generation.
Monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue contribution, ensuring clear reporting and accountability across stakeholders.
