What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or payments environments, Experience leading or mentoring solutions engineers in a high-growth environment, technical fluency across areas such as fraud prevention, identity verification, fintech infrastructure, payments, APIs, authentication, and digital trust, Proven experience supporting enterprise sales motions and navigating complex technical buying cycles with executive stakeholders, Experience working with banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, or highly regulated industries, consultative discovery skills with the ability to align technical solutions to customer business objectives, Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to to engage with both technical and business stakeholders, Hands-on approach with a genuine passion for technology, customer engagement, and technical problem solving, Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy

We’re looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead and scale our small, high-impact pre-sales engineering team. This is a highly strategic & tactical player-coach leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer engagement, and enterprise sales. You’ll lead a small, scrappy, high-performing team of solutions engineers while remaining deeply involved in complex customer conversations, technical discovery, demos, proof of concepts, and executive-level deal strategy.
