What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of progressive software engineering leadership, managing managers, multi-team organizations, delivering mobile apps, cloud platforms, APIs, connected device solutions, collaborating with firmware, hardware, or embedded engineering teams, managing complex cross-team dependencies, driving alignment across disciplines, Master's degree in Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, leading software organizations known for consistent, high-quality delivery, contemporary engineering practices, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, automated testing, observability, Demonstrated commitment to code craftsmanship, championing clean, maintainable, well-architected code, peer reviews, automated quality gates, culture of continuous improvement, Excellent communication skills, ability to interface effectively with executive leadership

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as a key partner to Embedded and Design Engineering; Ensure coordination on roadmaps, technical dependencies, and integration testing; Work closely with product, UX, hardware engineering, manufacturing, and security teams; Align technology choices and execution plans; Facilitate clear communication and joint planning; Ensure seamless system-level integration
