What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years in software engineering, 5+ years leading engineering teams, Proven track record in B2B technology, SaaS, data analytics, or information services, Experience with customer-facing platforms and data visualization solutions, Demonstrated success implementing AI/ML initiatives in production, Background managing both internal teams and outsourced development resources, Experience working in global organizations and managing distributed teams, budget management and financial planning experience, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Nice to Have
Master's degree, MBA, Sitecore experience, proven ability to evaluate and roll out AI-assisted development, workflow automation
What You'll Do.
Define and execute software engineering strategy
Drive continuous improvement in customer experience
Strengthen platform security
Oversee development of Omdia Customer Platform
data visualization tools
Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and Sitecore CMS
Build and mentor engineering team
Manage engineering budget
Establish and track effective KPIs
Implement performance management processes
Partner closely with Research Operations and Digital Product teams
Implement Agile methodologies

Balance technical debt management with new feature development
Collaborate effectively across global organization
