What They're Looking For.
Must Have
US Citizen, Active TS/SCI clearance/access and CI Poly, Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of progressive security experience, including leadership roles, Demonstrated experience supporting U. S. Government programs and contracts, In-depth knowledge of NISPOM and federal security regulations, Experience as or working closely with a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and Facility Security Officer (FSO), Experience managing or overseeing a 24/7 GSOC or similar operations center, Experience with physical/facility security systems and protocols, Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, 10%, Availability for emergency response situations outside normal working hours
Nice to Have
Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP), Experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting environments, Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and GSOC technologies (e.g., PSIM, SIEM, travel risk tools), Experience managing global or multi-regional security operations
What You'll Do.

Oversee 24/7 Global Security Operations Center
Ensure continuous monitoring and incident response
Design and implement enterprise-wide security strategies
Lead security operations across multiple sites
Advise executive leadership on security matters
Manage and maintain compliance with U. S. Government security requirements
Oversee facility clearance processes
Oversee personnel security clearance programs
Interface with government agencies and auditors
Lead strategic and operational management of GSOC
Establish standard operating procedures
Oversee real-time monitoring of threats
Integrate intelligence feeds and risk analysis tools
Ensure proper staffing and training of GSOC personnel
Drive continuous improvement through metrics
Develop and enforce physical security standards
Oversee access control systems and surveillance
Conduct risk assessments for facilities
Ensure secure handling of classified materials
Establish programs to protect employees and assets
Lead threat assessment initiatives
Oversee incident response and crisis management
and mitigate security risks
Lead internal investigations
Collaborate with legal
and mentor security team
Manage vendors and contractors
Develop training programs for security awareness
