What You'll Achieve.
Ensure safety and security of all guests, personnel and property; Safe and orderly administration of the hotel; Prevent situations that could jeopardize the reputation of the resort
Industry & Context.
Good problem solving skills
Previous experience in security, military or police is preferred, CPR, first aid, fire fighting and crowd control, Previous administration in lifesaving and property protection situations

Able to read, speak and write in English, Able to formulate and present a comprehensive report, Experienced in CPR, first aid, fire fighting and crowd control, Previous administration in lifesaving and property protection situations, Manage and co-ordinate the whole team, Able to train all level of staff in department

What You'll Do.
Manage and supervise day-to-day security operations
Implement policies and procedures regarding security
Design and implement preventive safety programs
Prevent situations jeopardizing resort reputation
Investigate crimes committed against resort
Assist hotel staff handling guest problems
Discipline and direct security personnel
Keep abreast of developments within resort
Take active role in fire plan development
Conduct bi-annual Fire Drills
Respond properly in resort emergency
Write incidents and accidents reports
Handle confrontations
Conduct departmental meetings
Follow probationary reviews
Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
Prepare and formulate fire and evacuation procedure
Organize regular drills
Conduct weekly Fire fighting Training
Conduct drills for fire fighting team
Conduct fire warden’s refreshers course
Report directly to GM
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Assist the General Manager and his staff; Coordinate and supervise staff and guests; Liaise with local law-enforcement agencies; Report to all members of the crisis Committee
Communication Scope
Able to formulate and present a comprehensive report
