**This is not for 2070 Health** **About Plum** Plum is India’s leading employee insurance and health benefits platform, backed by Tiger Global and Peak XV Partners, and today the partner of choice for over 6,000+ corporates across the country — from fast-growing startups to some of India’s largest enterprises. Healthcare in India is at an inflection point. Medical inflation is running at 2-3x general inflation, and employer health spend is rising sharply year on year. Yet most of that spend continues to flow into reactive insurance claims rather than into anything that meaningfully improves employee health. Forward-looking employers are now demanding more — and Plum is built to deliver it. **About the role** We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to own and scale the sales and commercial engine for Plum’s Healthcare business — building on the strong customer base, product, and demand signal already in place. This role will own new business, account management, and marketing for healthcare, and will eventually build out the full commercial team across these functions. The leader will report to the Head of Healthcare, who owns the overall P&L, and will work closely with the Founders, the core leadership team, and the head of our enterprise insurance business. Over the last two years, Plum has built what we believe is the highest-quality virtual primary healthcare product in India — and importantly, the only one that delivers measurably better health outcomes. The result: Plum’s healthcare business has been growing several-fold year on year, almost entirely on the back of cross-sell into our existing insurance customers. We have not yet built a dedicated healthcare sales motion.
