YOU YOU HAVE A BACKGROUND IN THE TECHNICAL SIDE OF GTM, YOU’VE BEEN SPENDING FREE TIME TESTING THE TRUE ABILITY OF AI TOOLS, AND YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A NEXT GEN COMPANY WHERE YOU HAVE A BIG CANVAS TO PUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE TO USE. THE ROLE This is a foundational hire - you'll be the person who makes sure the revenue org is operating off clean, trusted numbers, that our GTM tech stack works as a system, and that the definitions of what we measure are consistent across sales, marketing, finance, and product. Right now we have strong infrastructure in place: our data warehouse is largely built out, Amplitude is piped in, and an external RevOps agency has been helping us clean up quote-to-cash across Salesforce, Maxio, and our marketing stack. What we don't yet have is a senior internal owner who can govern that system, establish canonical metrics, and turn data into decisions. You'll work closely with our GTM engineers, our external agency, and our executive team.
