What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, at least 3 in a SaaS environment, Hands-on Salesforce expertise, Demonstrated ability to build, own, and maintain AI-driven automations across GTM systems, analytical skills, Experience in high-growth, Actively leverages AI tools and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, accelerate execution, enhance reporting and insights, and support data-driven decision-making., Demonstrates a forward-thinking mindset with hands-on experimentation, process innovation, and the ability to identify scalable AI applications across RevOps workflows, analytics, forecasting, and GTM operations.

What You'll Do.

Own the infrastructure that connects Sales

Ensure pipeline visibility and reliable forecasting.

Deliver a CRM that the team trusts.

Develop a forecasting model the CRO and Board rely on.

Establish a GTM tech stack with clear ownership and documented integrations.

Build a RevOps function that operates at the pace the business demands.

Maintain a reliable Salesforce instance with clean data

Produce weekly and monthly pipeline and revenue reports for decision-making.

Lead the revenue forecasting cadence and weekly rhythm with Sales leadership.

Partner with Finance on annual planning

including headcount modeling

and territory carving.

Ensure a lead-to-close process is tracked

and understood across Sales and Marketing.

Define and maintain rules of engagement between Sales

and escalation paths.

Manage the GTM tech stack with documented integrations and embedded AI-driven automation.

Manage RevOps vendor relationships and budget

and contract negotiations.
