Proven experience in a senior RCM leadership role, Deep knowledge of EMR systems and billing platforms, understanding of payer contracting, credentialing, authorizations, and appeals, Experience managing or building in-house billing operations, Analytical mindset, Excellent leadership skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent organizational skills, Comfortable working U. S. hours
Nice to Have
preferably in behavioral health, mental health, or similar healthcare setting, Knowledge of Kipu is a plus

Ensure staffing coverage
Manage transition to in-house billing
Implement and optimize workflows
Establish authorization and VOB processes
Build denials management and appeals program
Oversee clinician credentialing
Implement patient and payer collections
Establish RCM reporting systems
Drive year-over-year revenue growth
Set coding standards and policies
Lead payer audit responses
Ensure billing compliance
Manage overpayment reporting
