What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field, 10+ years of relevant experience, 5+ years experience in AS9100 regulated environment, Experience in aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields, Proven record in strategy and execution of Quality Management Systems, Working knowledge of product development methodologies, Capability to drive projects from start to finish, Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive multiple concurrent projects, Eligible to obtain and maintain a U. S. Secret security clearance
Nice to Have
Master's degree in a technical field, Experience as an auditor for AS9100 or other ISO 9001-based QMS standard, Experience with low volume manufacturing, Prior experience with manufacturing complex structures, Experience working in high precision and regulated manufacturing environment
What You'll Do.
Own all aspects of Quality for the Arsenal
Support production of high-quality products
Lead and own supplier and manufacturing quality
Improve yields and reliability across the product lifecycle
Lead and own the Quality Management System
Maintain AS9100 certification
Lead the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) program
Improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for Quality
Carry out containment
and disposition actions
Establish and implement a Zero Defects program
Partner with other functional teams

The Quality team works with our customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet all mission requirements.
