Bachelor’s degree in business, quality, continuous improvement, or related field, 10+ years of professional experience leading a Quality Organization in capital equipment manufacturing environment, Experience with the execution of continuous improvement methodology such as Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Strategy Deployment, etc.

Develop overall Quality Improvement Strategy
Lead management team in cross-functional adoption

Determine underlying causes and develop strategies
Determine systemic root causes of internal failure
Execute strategy to reduce COPQ and waste
Drive improvements in process quality
Drive improvements in production efficiency
Drive improvements in elimination of factors driving variability
Drive strategy incorporating standard work
Drive strategy incorporating effective training
Drive strategy incorporating recurring process audits
Establish and maintain appropriate KPIs
Participate in training and coaching teams
Develop organizational capability
