What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of leadership experience in project delivery, services, or operations, Proven experience managing multi-country EMEA organizations with P&L responsibility, commercial acumen and understanding of capital equipment or industrial services, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Master’s or MBA preferred, additional European languages desirable

Define and execute EMEA Project and Aftermarket Services strategy
and margin-positive project execution
Lead and grow aftermarket services business
Maintain full responsibility for projects and services in EMEA
Act as executive sponsor for key customer accounts
Build and develop a high-performing leadership team
