Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-native answering service platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and clinical workflow needs. Translate complex healthcare operations into structured, prioritized product requirements, maintaining a living roadmap that evolves with customer and market insights. Lead deep customer discovery through interviews, workflow observation, and direct engagement with clinical, operational, and administrative users. Evaluate and integrate emerging AI capabilities, including LLMs and conversational systems, into scalable product solutions. Partner closely with engineering leadership to guide architecture decisions, technical tradeoffs, and delivery sequencing. Design and run structured experiments (pilots, A/B tests, and phased rollouts) to validate product hypotheses and measure AI performance. Ensure product compliance and safety within healthcare environments, including HIPAA, data governance, and clinical workflow constraints. Align cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and go-to-market functions to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new capabilities. Requirements: 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years working on AI, NLP, conversational AI, or machine learning-powered products. Strong experience leading product discovery in complex B2B or healthcare environments, with direct exposure to clinical or operational workflows. Solid technical fluency, including the ability to engage in architecture discussions, evaluate AI systems, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and API-based system integration. Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA, data privacy, and secure handling of sensitive information.
