The Position: GameChanger is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead a portfolio of cross-functional teams focused on building and scaling new consumer experiences that expand how athletes, families, and communities engage with GameChanger. You will manage and develop Product Managers while driving product strategy and execution from concept through launch. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business leaders to identify opportunities, validate customer needs, and deliver innovative products that create long-term value for our users and business. You will report to our SVP of Product Management. This role sits within a team responsible for exploring and developing new opportunities for GameChanger's future growth. You will operate in an environment that combines strategic thinking, customer discovery, experimentation, and execution—helping bring new experiences to market while navigating ambiguity and evolving business priorities.
