Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related, 10+ years of product management experience, 5+ years leading product teams, Proven success in launching and scaling software products, Understanding of modern tech stacks, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and agile development practices, Exceptional leadership, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus, Experience with AI/ML-driven products, Experience with cloud-native technologies, Experience with large-scale distributed systems, Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering workflows, Data literacy (SQL familiarity, experimentation frameworks, metrics design), Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with strategic business thinking, Experience managing global products or multi-tenant architecture

Where You Will Work Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. This position may also sit in our office located in Chicago, IL. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support operations. The Director of Product Development is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution of the software product roadmap. Sitting within the Technology organization, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and product owners to transform strategic requirements into high-quality, scalable software.
