As one of the Directors of Product at Serko, you will oversee the development of platform shared services that creates the foundation for all of our travel product offerings. You will be responsible for setting and executing the product strategy and roadmap for those services in close collaboration with the Director of Engineering, Platform. In addition, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs and drive business success downstream from the platform delivery. It is expected that you will deliver AI-native platform services that will fuel Serko’s most modern agentic products – as such, you will be expected to align and collaborate with other Directors of Product who will rely on the platform to make their product experiences come to life.
