What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of product management experience, 3+ years in a people-management capacity leading product teams at a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise customers, Track record of shipping high-quality products end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration, in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, Demonstrated ability to think strategically and operate tactically, analytical and communication skills, experience using data to drive decisions, ability to articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences, technical background or technical fluency, Experience operating in high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly, ability to navigate ambiguity is essential
