Our procurement function sits at the heart of that growth. From globally sourced raw materials and capital equipment to logistics and resale products, procurement plays a critical role in helping us stay competitive, protect our margins, and keep our operations running at full speed. We are looking for a Director of Procurement who thrives in that kind of environment—someone who brings the experience to know what good looks like, the vision to see what is coming before it arrives, and the decisiveness to act on it. This is a senior leadership role with real impact. Procurement is not a support function here — it is a strategic driver of the business. The cost of what we buy, the reliability of who we buy it from, and the efficiency of how we manage it all directly affects our ability to grow, price competitively, and deliver for our customers. We already have a department in place. The foundation is built. What we need now is a leader who can take it further, elevate the team, sharpen the strategy, tighten the operations, and bring measurable value to the business year over year. You will manage a broad spend portfolio including raw materials sourced globally, capital equipment, logistics, and a resale accessories line, with oversight of a cross-border team spanning the US and Canada.
