About the Role Pagaya is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and multitasking individual to join our team as a Procurement Manager. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented professional with a passion for efficiency and team management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team and managing all procurement activities. This includes developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, and coordinating with internal teams to meet their needs. Utilizing our best-in-class systems, you will support the entire procure-to-pay (P2P) process on a global scale. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver the lowest total cost, reduce procurement expenses, and maximize the company's ability to execute its plans.
