## Accountabilities You will own the design, execution, and optimization of global pricing and packaging strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product-led growth initiatives. You will work across functions to define monetization models, evaluate new opportunities, and ensure pricing decisions support both customer value and revenue expansion. Lead the development and implementation of global pricing and packaging strategies across product lines Define and refine monetization models aligned with PLG and usage-based pricing approaches Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Finance to build scalable pricing frameworks Develop business cases for new initiatives, ensuring commercial viability and profitability Collaborate with external pricing consultants to benchmark and optimize pricing structures Support ongoing evaluation of product performance and pricing effectiveness Requirements: This role requires strong experience in pricing strategy, monetization, and commercial excellence within SaaS or similarly complex technology environments. You should bring a strong analytical mindset, executive presence, and proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, monetization, or commercial strategy (SaaS, fintech, or payments preferred) Proven track record of designing and implementing pricing models that drive revenue growth Experience with usage-based pricing and cloud/software monetization models Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Finance Experience building business cases and supporting strategic go-to-market decisions Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presence Benefits: Competitive total compensation package including base salary and annual bonus Equity participation in a high-growth organization 401(k) retirement plan
