Must Have
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), 3-year podiatric surgical residency, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Foot Surgery, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reconstructive Rearfoot & Ankle Surgery, Active New York State license, Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
