You will shape the future of scheduling by establishing best practices, developing talent, and enabling teams to deliver projects more efficiently across a diverse portfolio of construction work. This role, preferably based out of our Calgary, AB office , is accountable for setting standards, building scalable systems, developing talent, and enabling project teams to plan and execute work in the most efficient and effective way. Rather than owning day-to-day project delivery, the Director ensures that planning and scheduling practices are consistent, actionable, and fully integrated across preconstruction and operations.
