**Director of Physical Therapy** **Position Summary** We are seeking a Director of Physical Therapy for a full-time outpatient role in Woodstock, VA. The position offers **$90,000-$120,000 per year** and a consistent **Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM** schedule. The Director of Physical Therapy will oversee clinical services, support staff, and help maintain strong care standards across the clinic. This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys combining hands-on treatment with practical leadership. **Essential Duties** * Oversee therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting * Complete patient evaluations, reassessments, and treatment planning * Treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and functional mobility needs * Supervise clinical team members and assist with staff development * Review care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries * Ensure documentation meets compliance and payer expectations * Help improve patient flow, communication, and clinic processes * Support a positive care experience from evaluation through discharge **Requirements** * Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program * Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one * Experience in outpatient physical therapy required * Prior director, manager, or lead therapist experience preferred * Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient care standards * Ability to lead teams with professionalism and clear communication **Benefits** * Paid Time Off * Health Insurance * 401K Plan with 3% Company Match **Lead outpatient therapy services in a role where your clinical skill and leadership can make a steady difference each day.**
