**Director of Physical Therapy** **Role at a Glance** Leesburg, VA Full-time position $90,000-$120,000 per year Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM **About the Work** The Director of Physical Therapy will lead patient care services in an outpatient clinic setting. This position includes clinical treatment, team supervision, documentation oversight, and operational support. You will work with patients who are trying to regain mobility, recover strength, manage pain, or return to the activities they value. You will also support staff by helping keep care organized, timely, and clinically appropriate. **Responsibilities** * Lead outpatient therapy services and daily clinical priorities * Evaluate patients and create treatment plans based on functional needs * Provide treatment for orthopedic, neurologic, post-operative, and mobility-related conditions * Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed * Support clinical staff with patient cases, documentation, and workflow questions * Review records for accuracy, quality, and compliance * Help manage clinic schedules, communication, and provider coordination * Maintain a professional and patient-centered care environment **Requirements** * Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program * Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one * Experience in outpatient physical therapy required * Prior director, manager, or lead therapist experience preferred * Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient care standards * Ability to lead teams with professionalism and clear communication **Benefits** * Paid Time Off * Health Insurance * 401K Plan with 3% Company Match **Bring your experience to a role where your leadership can support patient progress, staff confidence, and a well-run clinic.**
