What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–12+ years of CPG product management or physical product leadership, with a focus on skincare, personal care, or consumables., Demonstrated track record of bringing multiple consumer products to market: owning the full launch cycle from concept through retail/e-commerce availability., Industry relationships and deep expertise in supply chain ownership: manufacturing partnerships, sourcing, logistics, and vendor negotiations., Hands-on experience with demand forecasting, inventory planning, and S&OP in a product company., command of packaging development - both structural and regulatory - including labeling compliance for OTC or regulated products., Experience developing product positioning and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams.
Nice to Have
Experience in compounded prescription, pharmaceutical, or OTC drug product development and commercialization., Background working with first-to-market or category-creating experience launching compounded medications or navigating 503A/503B compounding pharmacy relationships is a plus., Familiarity with FDA regulatory frameworks for compounded drugs, cosmetics, OTC drugs, and/or dietary supplements., Experience at a high-growth startup or brand transitioning from startup to scale., Working knowledge of clinical testing protocols, stability studies, and efficacy validation in the context of consumer products.

As the Director of Physical Products, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of every physical product we bring to market.
