What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree required, Subject matter expert on registration process in an emergency department, Familiarity with all financial and administrative regulatory requirements relevant to emergency department operations, Minimum of 5 years registration experience at an emergency department, Minimum of 3 years supervising registration personnel in an emergency department
Nice to Have
Freestanding ED/UC experience preferred, Experience working in Epic preferred

Improve point of service collections
Oversee existing sites and new facility implementations
Document and implement workflows
Create and share standardized training plans
Improve access to and functionality of dashboards
Monitor registration accuracy
Monitor customer service
Monitor point of service collections
Affect changes in PAA staff
Strengthen and empower local Supervisors and Leads
Build and sustain operational excellence
Support patient access operational processes
Manage patient access operational processes
Execute patient access operational processes
Support operational processes for new facility openings
