Must Have
8–10 years progressive leadership experience, Director of Outlets or Restaurant GM experience, Proven ability to drive revenue growth, Proven ability to drive marketing initiatives, Proven ability to drive operational profitability, Experience collaborating with PR, Marketing, and Events teams, Excellent leadership skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent organizational skills, Excellent people-management skills, Ability to manage high-profile guests
Nice to Have
Understanding of Toronto luxury dining market, Understanding of Yorkville clientele, Forbes Five-Star or equivalent luxury hospitality experience, Sommelier certification, WSET qualifications
