What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of operations, business operations, revenue operations, or related operational leadership experience, Prior experience managing teams and developing people leaders, operational leadership experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments, Experience supporting or owning operational processes related to RevOps, Sales Ops, commercial operations and commercial contract reviews, Proven ability to independently manage day-to-day operations while balancing strategic priorities, cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments, attention to detail, follow-through, and operational judgment, Experience leading operational improvements and scaling processes across teams
Nice to Have
Experience working in technology companies (preferably AI, AdTech, FinTech or data services), SaaS environments, or operationally complex businesses, Experience working in lean organizations with broad ownership and hands-on responsibilities, Exposure to customer operations, support, or service delivery processes, Experience supporting operational scale and process improvement across growing teams
