MSP, consulting, or professional services background preferred, builder, not just a maintainer, know how to run a recruiting function, not just manage a recruiter, define a talent brand, build pipelines, and think about what great hiring looks like 12 months from now

You'll own the systems, processes, and people functions that keep us running at scale, from building and codifying SOPs to running a best-in-class recruiting function, ensuring service delivery keeps pace with sales growth, and relentlessly driving client value to keep churn as low as possible.
