What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing/production operations, At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, Proven knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance best practices, understanding of Lean manufacturing tools (VSM, TPM, 5S), experience with ERP/MRP systems

Nice to Have

Master’s degree (MBA), technical certifications (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, CPIM), Experience in data stamping and metal forming manufacturing environments

What You'll Do.

day-to-day running of the production facility

and profitable operations

drives production execution

implements continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma) to eliminate waste

ensures strict compliance with environmental

health and safety (EHS) regulations (e. g.

oversees preventative maintenance of equipment and facility infrastructure

Direct all production activities to meet or exceed established production goals

and customer delivery schedules

Direct the execution of production plans and allocate resources (manpower

equipment and materials) to ensure optimal production flow

Manage finished goods and materials inventory levels in coordination with Supply Chain Department to support production demands

Champion a Lean manufacturing culture

driving the application of 5S

and root cause analysis

Lead initiatives to reduce waste

increase labor productivity

and enhance equipment effectiveness

Work cross-functionally to define process issues

measure current performance

and implement targeted improvements for sustained performance

Champion a "Zero Incident" safety culture

ensuring strict adherence to OSHA regulations

and internal company safety policies

Oversee comprehensive safety programs

including hazard mitigation

and emergency response planning

Ensure all production equipment is properly calibrated and safe to operate

Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment and building infrastructure to minimize downtime

Direct the facility’s maintenance team and oversee external contractor services to ensure efficiency and quality of repairs

Direct and manage capital projects related to facility upgrades

and structural repairs

Partner with HR to recruit

and develop talent within the operations department
