We are looking for a Director of Operations to lead multi-site operations, drive performance, and strengthen client relationships while ensuring operational, financial, and service excellence across our portfolio. What You’ll Do As Director of Operations, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across multiple accounts and operational teams. You will be responsible for ensuring all sites meet contractual obligations, financial targets, and service standards while building strong, long-term client partnerships. Key responsibilities include: * Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple client sites or contracts * Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality building automation controls systems * Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers * Monitor operational performance and ensure all KPIs, SLAs, and contract requirements are met * Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control * Review monthly and weekly financial and operational reports to drive accountability and improvements * Support Area Managers, Account Managers, and site leadership teams through coaching and development * Drive contin
