Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire, 4-6 years in long term/skilled care or similar experience, visual acuity adequate to perform position duties, ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds

This includes the establishment, implementation and adherence to policies and procedures, coordination of orientation programs for new staff, development and engagement of existing staff and is instrumental in leading quality improvement activities; develops monitoring tools, collects data, uses data to drive improvements in care and services. **What you will do ** * Responsible for total nursing care of residents and the accuracy of the nursing care records.
