Location: Bay Area (Hybrid) or Fully Remote Reports to: VP, Communications At Midi, we are redefining healthcare for women in midlife. We just announced our Series D and reached unicorn status. We are scaling our business, our team, and our impact for the next chapter. To sustain this journey, we need a connected, inspired, and informed workforce. We are looking for our first Director of Internal Communications to build our internal comms function from the ground up. In this role, you will architect the systems, processes, and rituals that will enable our organization across hundreds of employees spanning both our corporate and clinical teams.
