Must Have
12+ years of progressive experience in Internal Audit, SOX compliance, or risk management within a large, multinational public tech company, Big 4 Public Accounting experience at a senior managerial level is required, CPA/CA/ CIA is required
Nice to Have
CISA/CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) or CRMA is a plus
What You'll Do.
Develop and execute a risk-based annual internal audit plan
Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities
Drive the adoption of AI
Direct the end-to-end global SOX 404 compliance program
Lead complex audits focused on operational efficiency
and scalable business processes
Conduct confidential investigations
Evaluate the risk landscape for new and emerging risks
for new product launches
and system implementations
Prepare compelling reports for the Audit Committee and Senior management
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of audit professionals
