Must Have

Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules, Assist hotel guests with technical requirements, Provide high levels of service and support to admin users, Ensure critical systems are available twenty-four (24) hours per day, Establish and maintain user procedures, Establish and maintain system security procedures, Maintain accurate records of system software and hardware issues, Maintain effective support for end user support process, Responsible for network support & security, Administer Lotus Notes, Establish and maintain, test and monitor backup plan, Maintain and promote Four Seasons core technology standards, Participate in and lead the co-ordination of new systems acquisitions, Provide direct guest support and quality support, Assist the Director of Finance in administering IT related maintenance and services contracts, Negotiate and execute computer and data communications contracts, Implement technology “best practices”, Establish product lifecycle management, Prepare IT operating budgets, Prepare IT capital budgets, Present a business case for all IT expenses

Nice to Have

Experience in Project Management, Experience with hospitality applications, Experience with PMS, Experience with HSIA, Experience with POS, Knowledge of specific hospitality industry applications, Knowledge of interfaces (i. e. Opera, Delphi, Back Office, Spa, HR systems, etc), Good knowledge and support for Desktop OS and applications
