Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or related field required, 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare information management, data analytics, or related field required, 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams required, knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, and data privacy requirements required
Nice to Have
Master's Degree preferred, Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred), Experience with healthcare data warehousing, Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Experience with SQL databases, Demonstrated expertise in population health analytics, Demonstrated expertise in quality measurement (HEDIS, Stars), Demonstrated expertise in value-based care metrics

Coordinates resolution of discrepancies with source system owners
Maintains seamless interoperability across platforms
Provides hands-on support for troubleshooting integration issues
Provides hands-on support for validating data accuracy
Oversees analytics and reporting functions
Manages production and distribution of recurring reports
Responds to ad-hoc analytical requests
Directs development of dashboards and tools
Works with stakeholders to refine requirements
Provides hands-on support for critical or complex analytical
Serves as AHP's Security Officer
Oversees data security protocols
Oversees breach prevention measures
Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations
