What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field, 10+ years of progressive experience in FMCG or food, 5+ years in a leadership role, Proven experience implementing and maturing TPM in a manufacturing environment, Background in Industrial Engineering, Demonstrated success improving OEE, Demonstrated success reducing waste, Demonstrated success driving operational performance, Experience leading multi-site programs, Experience influencing without direct authority
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Engineering or Business, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, Experience working in regulated food environments, Familiarity with automated systems, Familiarity with digital performance tools, Familiarity with data analytics
What You'll Do.
Build and mentor leaders and pillar owners
Implement standardized TPM methodologies
Facilitate maturity assessments and best-practice sharing
Champion problem-solving tools
Lead Industrial Engineering team
Oversee development of labor models
Oversee development of line balance standards
Oversee development of engineered labor standards
Provide support for standard costing implementation
Conduct process mapping
Support capital planning
Optimize plant layouts
Optimize material flows
Optimize equipment utilization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as thought leader for operational performance management
Establish consistent KPIs
and governance routines
Partner with Plant Directors to develop site master
Partner with Plant Directors to identify capability gaps
Partner with Plant Directors to develop improvement strategies
Partner with Senior Leadership to build culture of
Partner with Senior Leadership to build structured problem
Partner with Senior Leadership to build disciplined execution
Lead cross-functional projects to improve throughput
