What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of professional HR experience, at least 3+ years in a senior HR or People Operations capacity, scaling a high-growth company of 100+ employees, Strong, practical knowledge of U. S. labor law, EEO compliance, and HR best practices, Proven experience managing complex employee relations with a neutral, objective, and professional approach, Proven people-management experience outside of the HR function (e.g., in Operations, Sales, Product, or Engineering), must be a seasoned expert in HR fundamentals
Nice to Have
Experience in the SaaS industry or fast-growing startup environments, Familiarity with international HR operations (e.g., Canada, Europe, LATAM), Process improvement, systems implementation, or HR tech optimization, experience managing teams outside of the HR function—you need to know what it feels like to deliver on business goals, ship a product, or run a P& L
