Must Have

15+ years hardware engineering experience, Dual depth in mechanical and electrical engineering, Direct management experience of hardware team, Hired, leveled, and grown hardware talent, Experience taking product from architecture through DFM, Experience with electromechanical actuation systems, Experience with hardware reliability

Nice to Have

Experience with functional-safety standards, Experience designing certified drive-by-wire systems, Experience with contract manufacturers, Background in commercial vehicles, Firmware / embedded experience

Own architectural direction
